Terms of Service – SESA by FOPA Dilligent Consult

01 — Acceptance

Agreeing to These Terms

By registering for an account or using the Social Emotional Students' Audit (SESA) platform operated by FOPA Dilligent Consult ("we", "our", or "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you are using this platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, in accordance with our parental consent policy.

02 — Eligibility & Accounts

Who Can Use SESA

Access to SESA is available to:

Students enrolled at a participating Ghanaian school who have been issued a valid access code by their school administrator.
School Administrators representing a registered educational institution in Ghana.
Verified Counsellors who have been approved through our professional certification review process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person.

03 — Acceptable Use

Platform Rules

When using SESA, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful information during account registration and throughout your use of the platform.
Complete assessments honestly, as results are used to determine appropriate levels of student support.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users on the platform.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform's services or infrastructure.
Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Ghanaian law or regulation.

04 — Health Data & Clinical Feedback

Understanding Assessment Results

SESA's assessments are validated screening tools designed to identify students who may benefit from additional emotional support. They are not a substitute for professional clinical diagnosis.

Assessment scores and AI-generated feedback are shared only with the individual student and, where a student is identified as elevated or clinical risk, with authorised school administrators and verified counsellors. We do not share your health data with any third parties outside this structure.

05 — Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content

All content, assessment instruments, scoring models, and software comprising the SESA platform are the intellectual property of FOPA Dilligent Consult and are protected under applicable Ghanaian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for its intended educational and screening purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

06 — Termination

Account Suspension & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, or at the request of a school administrator in relation to a student account.

You may delete your own account at any time via your Account Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

07 — Changes To These Terms

Updates & Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, legal obligations, or best practices. We will notify registered users of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
